Damiana is an herb that increases blood flow to the pelvic area and helps a burning pain associated with menopause. I am wondering if this would help you. You can use capsules or tinctures of damiana - a little goes a long way. You take it internally. (1 capsule or dropperful of tincture, once or twice a day.)
Also, two remedies at EC that have helped some ladies are coconut oil and peppermint lip balm, topically. Peppermint lip balm would be cooling and increase circulation. If you use the lip balm, use a natural one! Or you could add 1 drop of peppermint essential oil in 1 Tablespoon of extra virgin coconut oil and use that topically. If it feels too strong, add more coconut oil.
Those are two things I would try for myself. I hope you find a good solution - please let us know how it goes.

(I'm currently struggling with this myself, but I was going to wait and post a bit later when I have more conclusive results from the things I am trying)
