Possible Dead Tooth Abscess Not Draining, Seeking SuggestionsPosted By Sim 83 (Usa) on 03/20/2018
So I have this broken tooth that broke over 20 years ago, it's really stupid how I broke it I used my teeth to open a bottle, never do that, so now I"m paying the price with some kind of infection, my glands have been swollen on and off I had a low grade fever that came and went, so I know there is an infection, for that I have used Echinacea and Goldenseal as well as Raw Garlic and Vitamin C. There is a bump above the tooth closer to the upper gum, it is not tender to the touch but when I put pressure on it I feel it painfully in the broken tooth. I took it to be an abscess so I tried the tea bag trick black, green tea, no luck, swelling goes down a little but no draining. I started thinking I should drain it so, my wife asked our Naturopath friend for advice and what she thought and she said to just put ACV on it I did but no draining.
So here I am over a week later with this bump in my gums little to no pain so what do I do? I decided to perform D.I.Y. surgery and try to drain it, at first I tried one of those tooth pick type things with the floss on the end based on what someone suggested on a forum I can't find the link at the moment, anyhow that indicated to push it between the gum and tooth and to poke it so to speak all that did was create a vertical incision that bled a little, after that I resorted to a pin as this guide indicates http://www.megabored.com/health/3-easy-steps-to-treat-and-pop-tooth-abscess-by-yourself at first I wasn't sure if I poked far in enough, once again blood but no pus, I tried to use downward pressure but all that did was cause pressure on the tooth, all this was done by the way with using Clove and Tea Tree Oil for numbing, so after pretty much a botched DIY surgery I just gave up, did a salt water rinse, the toothache came back. So I put a piece of raw garlic on it and it faded laterput some turmeric on it, later I put som ACV I used some 90k IU cayenne powder and ate a meal with some cayenne powder. So now after doing some additional searching I find that just by the ice cube test I can tell if the tooth is dead and sure enough the tooth is not responding to cold, so given the fact that the tooth is dead I figure the abscess if that is what is can not be drained like you would a live tooth.
I'm at a loss as like I stated earlier a dentist is not an option I need to think like the prepper that I strive to be and act as if a crisis has struck and there is no oral surgeon I can run to, I pull daily with Coconut Oil, today I tried Olive Oil and Clove Oil eat raw garlic and take Acerola C 1000mg to stave off infection so I'm not too worried on the so-called deadly consequences that scare people into submission of harmful useless synthetic antibiotics and huge dental bills.
I am in the same boat as many people who have had issues with dentists or lack of and I am not inclined to believe that those people just rolled over and gave up and died. I have to believe there is a light at the end of the tunnel with this crisis. I really would like to believe there is some kind of protocol I.E. pulling herbs etc that can regenerate a dead tooth and save my teeth but so far all I find online is some conjecture and a few anecdotes here and there but nothing that fits what I'm going through, anyone who knows of what will not might work I want to hear from you as like I said I'm at a loss at the moment and don't know what I should focus on to solve this crisis. Thanks for any helpful suggestions.

He is not at all careful with DMSO. He touches things and drinks after using it. I know, I know, but I can't make him be careful with it.
He uses Oregano oil (essential oil) 4 drops and coconut oil in a gel cap. You take it like a pill. He takes 2-4 of these for pain a day, until pain has subsided. Usually, only takes a couple of days.
He says be gentle brushing that tooth.
He does not want to go to the dentist for the same reason. He has had problems with this tooth for years.
We pray you get relief and can save the tooth.
