Hi Cindy,

Muscle spasms/cramps brings two things to mind quickly: magnesium and potassium. While we are talking about magnesium, read Deirdre's comments about her transdermal magnesium oil. Sounds like much more rapid way to replenish ones supply without flushing it right on through by trying to do it orally. Maybe she might even reprint her source she found for magnesium chloride to make her own mg oil. I have been looking for it but haven't found it again yet.

I found myself with quite a bit of brain fog (trouble remembering lots of things including names of plants I have been growing for years after my 8 day bout in the hospital in early May. I attributed this to many antibiotics, multiple xrays, bronchoscopy, ultra sounds, etc. so I started myself on niacin 250 mgm 3 or 4 times a day in addition to my daily B100 complex and it is pretty much back to normal. But since I started losing hair at a rapid rate over the last 3-4 weeks, I have added a B50 complex about midday and close to bedtime. It seems to have stopped coming out & I seem to have new hair coming out (mostly about l to 2 inches long so far) but I have a long way to go to get a full head of hair back. Geez, I wonder do they need a female version of Yul Brynner, but come to think of it, I believe they already have Sigourney Weaver, don't they?

Sometimes I wonder if a lot of this brain fog isn't coming from sluggish thyroids and the reason the B vitamins work so well is because a deficiency of B vitamins causes a sluggish thyroid.

Hope you find this helpful.

EC: Sure, I list the magnesium chloride source from Jane in the very first post on the Transdermal Magnesium Therapy page: https://www.earthclinic.com/remedies/transdermal-magnesium-therapy.html#WHERE

Deirdre
