This website is very very helpful. However, I could not find anything specifically on this problem. I have a cyst under one of the wisdom tooth. I'm 25 and have all my wisdom teeth, other than the one affected rest are all fine. I am a real believer in healing body naturally and I have decided not to get the tooth and cyst surgically removed at the moment. I know a lot of you would say get the surgery done but I believe surely it's not impossible to cure it with natural foods, herbs, supplements etc so I'm giving myself minimum 6 months to cure this naturally.
So, if any of you have any suggestions/information/experiences about curing this naturally.. or about curing internal cysts then please do reply to the post I would really appreciate it.

Try colloidal silver 20 ppm strength mineral supplement - a dropper full . Keep in mouth a few minutes in the area of your cyst. It could help as it helps tooth infections and cold sores and infections.
