Hi GertJr,
Similarly, I had a delayed reaction or hidden cyst growth after I tripped and fell about six or seven months ago.
I had taught my mother how to get off the floor if no one was around to help her, and I had to use that method. I dragged myself to a sturdy chair, pulled up to my knees, then lifted one foot and pushed up. I do deal with pains in the knees, that is why it was hard getting off the floor.
My knees seemed to be about the same as soon as the pressure from getting off the floor subsided; However about a month ago, I noticed an inch wide bump or cyst on the knee that I had put the most pressure on to push up. I have been rubbing on castor oil and frankincense oil interchangeably. These are oils Mama to Many and many others often suggests for cyst. The hardness of the lump has decreased. And there is no soreness. Thank you Mama to Many, and all you wonderful Earth Clinic posters.

Does the area where the white spot is feel "funny" or kinda numb? I ask that because I too had a similar incident but with a rose thorn under a nail. I couldn't figure out what it was for weeks, but then it did start to move and a few days later it started to hurt. Thru research (aka reading) I figured it was a fungal infection. I soaked the nail in a Borax solution with DMSO to help it get thru the nail. I only had to do this 2 or 3 times and no further problems. You prob won't need the DMSO but try the Borax soak. I soak all/any infected body parts in it and it works all the time and never let me down yet. In fact, on another post here the poster said how a tiny pinch of Borax in her coffee makes her body less acidic and so I add a pinch now, too. Borax also great for arthritis!
