The #1 stomach fixer for me is Ginger powder.. I put 1/4 spoon in a coffee cup of water and stir well. It will be a very strong taste, and what I learned that having 1-2 sips and returning in 10 min. until finished, You can have as much as you need. I get a bag from the spice section in Walmart or a grocery store. I have 1 cup a week for maintenance.
