Seeking Help for Crohn's, Colitis and Lupus

Posted By Yakita (Florida) on 04/08/2018

Hi Ted,

13 years ago I had streptococcus bacteria in my vagina so when I gave birth to my kids I needed to have two doses of antibiotics. Then they said I had toxoplasmosis which I got from cow meat. 4 years later I took accutane. And 3 years after that I now have Ulcerative Colitis Chrons and my ANA is active, I have 5 markers of lupus and a dry patchy red rash on my left cheek and a little on my right cheek.. I’m trying a gluten free diet but I bleed every time I poop. I’m taking humic acid and fish oil everyday for a week but am very constipated. I think I should try borax and the Baking soda w ACV.. what do you suggest..I feel very tired and having trouble sleeping.. my muscles hurt and some of my fingers and ankle hurt.

Please help I’m 39 and would like to feel better. I have 3 kids and can’t do all I need for them.

Hi Yakita,

Sorry to know that you are not feeling good.

Please look into SCD diet (Specific Carbohydrate Diet). My daughter at the age of 11 was diagnosed with Crohn's/Lupus. Within 1 months of starting this diet she was 90% Ok and started gaining weight. She has been on SCD diet for almost a year now and has been doing really good.

Hi Yakita, I think your body is telling you what it needs re your borax and Apple Cider Vinegar baking soda enquiry. Regarding the constipation, ensure you are drinking enough water, 2 + litres. Add quarter tsp pure sea salt to each litre for maximum absorption. Magnesium, high dose vitamin c and (organic) castor oil help me when I've 'gone too long' without movement. Best to you
