I have been having pain down my thigh muscle just towards the outside. One leg is worse than the other. I also have pain where the top of my leg meets my hip. I also have hip bursitis. The pain is worse in bed or when I am sitting. I don't notice it when I am moving. the pain is so bad it can keep me awake at night or if I am sitting, I can hardly stand up. it is a sharp pain. someone told me it could be nerve pain. anyone have any ideas what it could be or a remedy?

It could be arthritis. If so, apple cider vinegar is mostly the answer to your problem. 1 to 2 Tbsp. a day in warm water or a juice mixture. Don't use too hot or boiling water.

Exercise. Get outside in nature and start walking. It's going to hurt at first but, the pain will lessen. Drinking the ACV daily is a must or your pain will keep coming back.

The above worked for me and I have arthritis in both knees, one foot and probably my hips. I feel great today. Can't wait to take my walk in the woods. Find a local trail, start out at about a quarter of a mile and keep increasing. Enjoy nature. These combinations have helped me greatly. Winter: buy a pear of ice trackers that fit on yours shoes. If you want the pain to stop, you have to drink the ACV and you have to move. No doctor needed.
