Could Leaky Gut Be the Cause of My Perioral Dermatitis?

I've been reading posts on this site for months and was happy with the results I had from using ACV for my perioral dermatitis. But I seem to be breaking out still and I can't help but wonder if it's because I have leaky gut syndrome? Anyone?? Also the scarring from this is awful!! Any advice??:(
