Could Blood in Stool Be From Remedies and Certain Foods?

I'm 41 and recovering alcoholic. Yesterday I noticiced a large amount of bright red blood on TOP of my stool. I had been holding it in painfully for about five minutes because I was walking home. Lately been taking alot of apple cider vinegar and oregano oil. Earlier in the day I had eaten a large amount of garlic and onions with curry/cayenne in rice. Just sayin. Maybe I burned my stomach? I did feel a bit light headed earlier before the BM. Shocking to see so much blood (scary) Any ideas?

Coyote, the appearance of blood in the stool is often the case of an ulcer in the intestines. I would advise seeking a diagnosis from a doctor or simply following a natural protocol for ulcers found here on earth clinic. This can be a life threatening condition so do be careful w/ the acidic foods etc.
