Hello, I am 34 years old women and I am suffering from Melasma on both my cheeks and I never taken pill in my life and I never smoke or drink or sex. I don't understand my problem especially before start my period, a few days before, it is getting really dark my melasma then a little lighten up. I have something burning around my vagina it may be is that a cause I don't know what. I am really have a problem please help, thanks for your time. By the way this Melasma start after I moved from my country to US one year later. I remember one month the first time in my life my period jumped one month. I only see some sticky blood clot then the next month back my period then still my period is coming on time but I have sometimes painful cramp sometimes even I didn't feel nothing. I don't know exactly what is my problem no health insurance pls. help with home remedies thanks again.

Hiwat, strange things happen to people who move to a new country, because of the sudden (or not so sudden) change in climate, diet, and way of life. Maybe try to duplicate as much as you can, the living conditions and diet of your previous place of residence.

Hi, there are different minerals in different countries which we ingest in numerous ways, through drinking, eating , bathing etc so this could be it. Ted talks about melasma and hormone imbalance and cures in the remedy section for melasma.
