I had a problem waking with heart palpitations and it turned out to be a severe dehydration problem...Replied by Larry (KS) on 02/06/2025
Have you tried Carditone and Arjuna? I was using Arjuna and that helped a lot but Carditone has made palpitations a non issue. If you put Carditone in the search engine Art has written very well about it.
Good luck!

How old is he? Evaluate his environment. Smart meters, dirty electricity, man made EMF, wifi, wifi boosters, cell towers, antennas, implants, etc . Does he have tattoos on his body? Where does he keep/carry his phone? Home, work, car - check everything. Something triggers his palpitations. We are electrical beings. Something interferes with electrical activity of his body. If he was checked for a heart disease seek the cause. We are conditioned to take supplements forgetting that biochemistry is not everything, biophysics play a crucial role in our wellbeing. U might ask why you don’t have it if it is the environment? We are all different. It is known for example that Rh negative people are more sensitive to many environmental factors. See a homeopath, they will figure it out. If he had scans recently, that alone can cause, they say temporary, but who checked, problems. The strong magnetic field created by the MRI scanner causes the atoms in your body to align in the same direction. Radio waves are then sent from the MRI machine and move these atoms out of the original position. A Homeopathic pharmacy can prepare a remedy to restore homeostasis in human cells after a scan. CT, MRI, Ultrasound, doesn't matter, they all disturb human cells integrity.Replied by Sweet (Home Alabama) on 02/09/2025
Hrm. Magnesium has been recommended for palpitations.
Completely change his diet for a week, none of the same foods and drinks he's been eating. Pills, shampoo, toothpaste, every consumable that touches his body. Use only distilled water for drinking.
I used to get insane pounding migraines, turned out it was a new shampoo.
Spring Valley Magnesium for Sleep Support, Bone, and Muscle Health, or even soaking in a tub with Epsom salt. Be careful which magnesium supplement he uses, I once used one that caused chest pain.
Bananas seem to be good for caffeine overdrive, too. Maybe a couple of those each day.
Best wishes.
