Try progesterone, iodine, and DIM. They help me with my hormonal imbalance.

Your doctor most likely gave you synthetic hormones. Natural progesterone balances out the bodies natural tendency to overproduce estrogen. Excess Estrogen makes us gain weight and hold water and can cause hair loss. Many products on the food shelves and cosmetics and shampoos have plastics and soy that also promote estrogen imbalances. Read progesterone product reviews of testimonies of other women and how it helped them on Amazon. Earth clinic also has a hormone page.

If you try some progesterone it can take up to six weeks and can make symptoms worse as it begins to balance out the hormones. More weight gain, more hair loss, more mood swings, more bloating. Start on lowest dose 1/8 tsp a day and work up slow.

When hormones are in balance abnormal hair growth stops.
