Close friend with pulmonary fibrosis

Dear Sir/Madam, One of my close family member is recently diagnosed with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. I am searching for cure. Most of search showed results which were not in favour of cure. I am very much interest to know if you offer any treatment for above mentioned condition along with risks and benefits, cost and brief mechamism by which treatment works. Ketan: search for Professor Derik Mann at Newcastle University studies on fibrosis. Very promising preliminary results w/ several different pharmaceutical drugs and some naturals or nutritional substances.
