Synthetics are in the air, water, and even the food. When they get into the plasma they poison the cells. To defend themselves, the cells make microbes that change the big harmful molecules into tiny inert molecules. Anti biotics are toxins themselves. They killed the microbes. When you stopped the cells made some more. The solution is to eat raw organic produce and some raw grass fed animal products. These have substances that nourish the cells so that they can detox the poisons.
