Chronic Hip Pain

Posted By ORH (TEN MILE, TN) on 07/09/2021

HI U OLE PATOOTS, ORH here, the big deal with me is my hip pain. I can roto till about 4 passes our our 100' garden and hip pain requires that I sit awhile. I fell and crushed my T 12 vertebra some 6 years ago and after 6 months, it collapsed. That caused my lumbar region to tuck under and stay miss aligned. So it has been pain ever since. Chiropractors have not helped. Ice does, but that is temporary . My life is our farm and when in this shape, life ain't worth living. We got a little jack put back and will spend it on ozone and plasma shots to my hips. Got up my garden electric fence, but have a glitch somewhere because the power will not stop critters. Think I'll study electrical engineering instead of chemical engineering in my next life.

Ya'll have missed some of my gooduns because D would not post them. I understand.... because this is a business and few folks think like I do. D is PC and I am anything, but PC. Old and worn out, but I appreciate all you posters that want to help their fellow man. Oh yeah, man means male or female. Does that help a little? ====ORH====

Comfrey: Soothes Muscles & Joints + Helps Relieve Pain - Dr. Axe (draxe.com)

I use a lot of this in many forms, some I bought and some I grew. Knitbone is its nickname and some have had injuries 20 yrs old get healed using it. Blessings, Charity

ORH, so good to hear from you! Have you heard of Pete Egoscue? He, or ppl like him, might help you "mechanically". Meaning helping to align your body and do specific stances, to heal.

I agree, the Egoscue method can be very helpful.
