Chemo Is Not Helping My 2 Yr Old Niece, What Else Can Be Done?

My Niece has a two year old daughter diagnosed with Leukemia last December. She has been having Chemo since and not responding that well. She is having a lot of transfusion, both blood and platelets. Can anyone offer solutions. Her mother is distraught.
