Cheek tenderness from tooth abscess
Hello, I had a tooth infection, I'm assuming it was an abscess, however there is no bump from what I can tell. It is the second to last tooth on the top right. I treated the tooth pain with pyrogenium, hepar sulf, spongia, merc sol and hekla lava ( homeopathy). I have recently added on chamomile and silicea to get rid on pain in my cheek. It only hurts when I press on it and I can feel it in the root.
I'm wondering if this is an abscess or something else. There is no bump or pimple in my mouth so maybe the infection hasn't come to a head?
