Carbohydrate/Glucose/Sugar metabolis restoration

So how can one restore the ability to digest carbohydrates and not ferment them into lactic acid and other acids which is the root cause of all so called 'diseases'.

Undigested food glued to the walls of the bowels is fermenting in the bowels and creating incredible amounts of toxic acidic gasses which puts the body under an incredible strain, forcing it to create mucus to encapsulate these acids, then forcing it to transform some of its cells into fungus/mold/yeast/worms and also into solvents (also know as 'viruses') to try to break down this acid filled mucus.

Somebody wrote under a youtube comment that he fasted for 80 hours and after that he was able to eat carbs again.

Any other methods that does not involve fasting?

Hi Art,

Does berberine clean out the bowels so food won't be fermented anymore?

In how many days will one be able to digest carbs again after taking berberine?

When can one stop taking berberine, or is this a lifelong thing?

Which brand and how much per day do you recommend?

Thank you

Hi Mark,

Berberine will help restore proper carbohydrate and glucose /sugar metabolism. You would need something along the line of a colon cleanse for what you are describing.

Hi again, Mark.

I forgot to mention that another important function of berberine is that it can breakdown the biofilms that are protecting the unhealthful bacteria in the gut. So berberine should potentially be started before any potential colon cleanse is initiated to allow the berberine time to breakdown those biofilms.
