Hi, Remove gluten from your diet, if that doesn't work remove dairy too. Support your liver function with herbs- milk thistle

Hi Asianchiq - I'm not sure how much alike psoriasis and eczema are; I suffer from the latter. I spoke with my friend who owns the local natural food store; she suggested Vitamin D - 5, 000 I. U. Once daily; paba taken in conjunction with a Vitamin B complex; and since skin problems can be related to stress, I'm taking a rhodiola/ashwagandha supplement (which gives a slight energy lift, too). Two days after starting the Vitamin D my skin looked better; it's now been less than a week and I've seen a huge improvement. I haven't changed my diet and am under considerable stress due to starting a new job - I'd highly recommend trying something along these lines. Good Luck!
