Regarding Candida diet. I have Candida and Bladder inflammation, (IC) which could likely be caused by the fungus. I understand that Candida does not like an alkaline environment, so I must adhere to an acid diet with supplements like Vit C and B 12. However, I do not want an acidic urine, as it's very painful. So, how do I deal with this, diet wise?
