Cancema for Bladder Cancer Causing Sandpaper Tongue, Why?

Hi, I've been taking the internal Cancema tonic for 5 days now for bladder cancer and my tongue is like sandpaper, any idea why plz, I have been trying to keep it under my tongue for a lil while so it gets into my system

Are the instructions given by Katherine or Greg to place it under your tongue?

If not here are the instructions for use:

Directions (as stated on label): Take one-half teaspoon (about 2.5 ml.) twice daily, morning and evening, preferably with a small amount of juice (roughly 1/4 cup), either during or after a meal. At any point, if you get an emetic (nauseating) response, reduce subsequent dosage. For more information, read: www.altcancer.net/ct3_new.htm on our site. If you are lactating, pregnant, or have a heart condition, consult your health care practitioner prior to use.

I would contact the herbalist to see if you can take it that way.
