Can You Give Measurements for a Scalp Problem Topical Solution?

This is a question for Ted. On one of your posts you were giving someone a recipe for a topical solution for a scalp problem. I have a very itchy, dry and oily scalp. And sometimes get little pimples on it that itch. I notice that when I sweat It itches alot. So you gave a recipe that I would like to try but I don't want to make any mistakes. You called for 15% ammonium chloride, pure xylitol at 5-10%, 5% milk of magnesium. You'll have to forgive me but I am not very educated in math. Do you think it is possible to tell me an easier way. Like tablespoons per cups of water?

I think it might be a fungus. I have been fighting it for about 25 years now. I experience hairloss but my hair grows back. However it's gotten thinner and still falls out. Do you think that continuing to apply apple cider vinager will make it go away completely?
Thank you
Nandarani
