Can you get lipid pneumonia from oil pulling for gum infection

Trying to get rid of a gum infection - brushing, flossing and salt water rinses. I started Oil Pulling today with organic coconut oil. Then I read somewhere that there is a risk of lipid pneumonia from inhaling oil droplets. Now very put off, despite lots of positive posts here. Any advice?
