Olive oil 1/4 cup and lemon juice 1/4 cup 2-3x/day for a week until the stones are dissolved. Drink lots of water. When they start breaking down you may feel them pass through. Many people have gotten significant relief with this simple cleanse.Replied by Charity (Faithville, Usa) on 05/05/2017
How much magnesium in relation to calcium do you eat??? and how much vitamin K which regulates them in and out of the cells. Oxalic acid in spinach can also be a culprit food creating stones.
Coconut oil is very healthy for restoring kidneys ... dehydration can also cause stones to form.
My spouse use to kick out two or more stones a day and now he drinks lemon or vinegar and some oil in his diet daily. Spinach is off his diet.
Hope this helps....

Dear Aamer,
Have you tried the things that Steve and Charity have suggested? Those are definitely things that people with stones have found to be helpful.
You say you are not consistent in using herbal remedies? Sometimes it can take a while for natural remedies to work, so consistency is pretty important.
How is your diet? As Charity says, certain foods can cause you to be forming stones or making the ones you have get larger.
My husband used alfalfa tablets and marshmallow capsules to get rid of a kidney stone. (I think he took 4 of each 4 times a day.) He also drank fresh lime juice in water.
Charcoal poultices over the kidney areas may be of help also. Here is an interesting story about that - it is halfway down this page.
I hope you can resolve your stones without surgery!
