Hi, for about a week know I started feeling pain on my right shoulder, torso, my upper chest almost like a bruise pain and I would touch it and it would hurt. Today I looked in the mirror and broke up with some red spots looking like a rash, I heard about shingles and started looking for images and sure enough looks like shingles, I've been reading you guys about the Apple Cider Vinegar and was wondering - instead of drinking it can I apply it directly to the rash? And would it still work? It hurts a lot and been taking this pain without medication for the last week. Please someone help!!!!
