I would definitely try Ginger in some form. Ginger is excellent for the symptoms you describe. You can take ginger as capsules, as tincture, as juice, as syrup, there are many different forms. Seriously look into a good Chiropractor. Find 1 that has gone to Palmer College and is State licensed. Also pay attention to cost. A good Chiropractor will never over charge you or your insurance (if it covers chiropratic).
