Can a diabetic take honey with apple cider vinegar

Sir, I am a diabetic patient. Shall I take honey with Apple cider vinegar? Will it increase sugar level? Please clarify.

Dear Jagatheesan,

If you are concerned about the honey you could take just the vinegar in water. I take it in water most days and like the taste just fine. I do like to add honey when I making a hot vinegar drink to treat colds and the flu. But mostly I just take it without honey.
