Burning Rash Causing Arm to Swell, Please Help!

A few days ago I was outdoors gardening. I was reaching over to relocate a bean vine that has fallen over a bush in my garden. The big bush has tiny little bell like flowers on it. While picking up the bean vine, my right arm ran against that bush. I felt a prick like a pin in my lower wrist. When I looked, I saw a tiny red dot. It began to itch immediately. I was my skin, within a couple of more seconds the skin around that red dot begin to raise. It was in the shape of a puzzle piece. A few second later a second raised rash appeared near the first one. I ran into the house and applied a activated charcoal paste on it and several times that day and the itching wasn't as bad. The following day the entire area started to swell. There was not much itching but the rash area started to have a burning feeling. I continued the AC and switched between baking soda paste. On the 3rd day, my entire arm ballooned, my hand and fingers were now all swollen and in pain. I have been taking Benadryl but my swelling is getting worse. I'm not sure if that bush in the garden has some sort of poison or did I get bitten by a spider or something. The skin around the rash is very hard and tight with tiny raised skin, feels tough.

Can anyone please suggest how I can stop the swelling as I think my fingers may pop open from the swelling and how to stop the burning rash. My arm is in such pain that I've began shaking. Please advise. Thank You.

Please make a paste of honey (manuka if you can get it) and activated charcoal. It is messy. You have cellulitus.(sic) I have had it twice now.....spider bites.....in hospital for days.....the mixture above is the only thing that drew out the poison.....and I was on STRONG antibiotics......

You might try some amazing castor oil hexane free ...stuff is over the top for healing . I split my thumb on something sharp while weeding with gloves on and then put on castor oil and it healed . A few days later it split open again. Repeated castor oil and it healed . Then it swelled up huge, slit open again and was throbbing and I used baking soda and charcoal in case it had something in it, overnight and then more castor oil and it healed and hasn't come back to be an issue. Used a tsp of castor oil in a baggie taped around finger all night .

Was the plant nettle? It has hairs on it that sting. The first time I planted it, I thought I was stung by an insect. Same red spots, itchy, swelling like you say. I googled and learned that, when you are stung by nettle, you should get some dirt and rub over the spot vigorously. It really works (if your plant is nettle). Google nettle pictures and see if it looks like it.
