I have severe mercury toxicity and probably other metals and toxins also. I am seeing my Dr. (holistic) in a week. But we are attempting to start detoxing the mercury, as it has affected me greatly, neurologically, physically, mentally. I am so sensitive to everything we are having to go very slowly and have been trying to increase it all as we can. my question is, in the last week my breasts have become very very tender. I am wondering if this could have anything to do with the detox of mercury or something else. I am taking many supplements and minerals and vitamins, that are discussed on this great site. I am just having to be very careful with sulfur as it mobilizes the mercury and I feel very badly.
