I would like a home remedy to at least control the outbreak we have not have sex for 2 weeks since he's been tested.. thanks also if there's anything oral we can both take to stop the outbreaks...

A whole lot of people use BHT [ butylated hydroxytoluene ] to successfully treat herpes infections. It seems to work very well for many people. Most people tolerate the 350mg capsules it is most often sold in well. Some people report sensitivity issues such as dizzyness and hives. Hi, Try 1200 mg of Lecithin twice a day with meal for 30 days. This has worked for me. I no longer suffer from herpes outbreaks. Search this site for others who have tried this as well. Also work on building you immune system.
