Bone Marrow Transplant for MS?

Hello. I was wondering if you could say anything about bone marrow transplants for MS. That is, a round of chemo first then followed by bone marrow transplant is the procedure you have identified on the website as a potential treatment for MS. I asked two neurologists but I didn't get a definitive answer. One of them shuns the procedure and the other didn't say whether there was any benefit to it for primary progressive MS. I unfortunately have that form of MS and I was wondering if there is any benefit to having a stem cell transplant? If so, how early do you have to catch the disease for that potential benefit to exist? Thank you.
