A friend of mine had an issue where his fingers would pull out of joint and his doctor told him it was related to his arthritis and that there was no treatment for it. He used to use those yellow Playtex gloves and cut the fingertips of so they could breathe. He said they fit tightly and helped hold his fingers in joint.
I suggested he use borax and three months later he was no longer using those Playtex gloves and the joint problem with his fingers had resolved. Here is a link on how to use borax for arthritis :

I forgot to mention that borax, via its boron content is very good for bone health as discussed here :

Here is a relevant quote from this review of boron :
' The studies considered in this narrative review have evaluated the positive effectiveness on bone, in humans, through control of calcium, vitamin D and sex steroid hormone metabolism, considering a dietary supplementation of 3 mg/day of boron (alone or with other nutrients); this supplementation is demonstrably useful to support bone health (in order to prevent and maintain adequate bone mineral density), also considering the daily dose of 3 mg is much lower than the Upper Level indicated by EFSA in the daily dose of 10 mg.
