Dear Paula,
Two things you can try for the adhesions causing blocked fallopian tubes are castor oil and serrapeptase.

Do not use them during your period, though.
You can take serrapeptase capsules internally, on an empty stomach, according to the directions on the bottle.
It will take some time for these things to work. I would try these things for two to three months and maybe longer, assuming they agree with you.
