Will Blackstrap Molasses for Fibroids Interfere With ARV Treatment?

I'm HIV positive and on ARV (antiretroviral treatment) have fibroids. I started to take 1 tablespoon of BSM yesterday. I want to know if I can continue with it. I just want to know if it's gonna fight /flush ARV or not. Thank you in advance
