I was suffering from pain under my left rib cage for the last one month. Went to a GE and he did endoscopy to find out that I have moderate gastritis. The biopsy did show presence of H pylori. He is going to put me on triple therapy soon (amoxy, clarithro and lansoprazole).
Is there a natural way to get rid of H pylori in addition to taking antibiotics? I have read some topics and came to know about garlic, turmeric and virgin coconut oil. Are these good? Has anyone taken the test to detect HP after trying out natural remedies. Also, any opinions about how to control side effects of antibiotics?

I had success with kelp bladderwrack supplements and cayenne pepper added to my diet.
