My friend has what appears to be chronic of severe anemia. I am trying to help her build her blood so her hemoglobin number will get higher. Please any ideas or recipes.

John, look in the molasses section here on EC and you will see how people take it. It is VERY helpful for anemia, but make sure you have the really black thick stuff, not the brown, more liquidy one.
