What Are The Best Natural Remedies for COPD?

Posted By Kirk (Lansing, Michigan) on 08/11/2013

My question concerns the condition known as COPD.

I'm sure you know it's essentially a catch all diagnosis for when your lungs aren't working very well. I have been diagnosed with this and I am not impressed with the effectiveness of my treatment. I was prescribed several very expensive inhalers that have not made much of a difference. I'm not expecting an instant cure but I feel as though I should at least improve while the opposite has been the case. I was hoping you might know of any holistic or natural treatments that have shown promise as well as any supplements, vitamins, or food/food groups that might help. I'd rather my treatment be natural than pharmaceutical anyway.

Thank you, Kirk

Kirk, something easy (and possibly very effective) that you can try, is some plain h2o2 in your humidifier, or some diluted h202 in an empty inhaler.

Check out the iodine page here at ec. Also Google Dr. Brownstein, Iodine Project and Dr. Jarvis for more info on usage, etc. Iodine Is often indicated for problems with the lungs. Good luck!
