Questions About Taking Baking Soda for Health Issues With Diabetes Meds

I've been within the last couple of months diagnosed with Diabetes. I recently sought a post on Facebook about the use Arm & Hammer baking soda that's good to use in general for different things . So I left a comment on the post and asked the question of how much should I use in a 20 oz glass of water when I drink it . Someone reed my comment and said I should reach out to y'all for the right measurement and information on it. And will the Arm& Hammer affect my medication I'm taking for the Diabetes and the blood pressure medicine also I'm taking? I want to thank you in advance for any information you can share with me on this subject.
