Dear Kaif,
I am sorry you have had this suffering for so long! I hope you will be able to resolve it soon and enjoy your life with your wife and child. They must be wonderful as you are motivated to get better for their sake!
It seems that the blood in the urine and pain may likely be from the stones, as you know you have stones, though there can be other causes. It sounds like you are trying good things to help it to resolve.
You have probably read some of the kidney stones stories here at Earth Clinic. There is really an overwhelming amount of information and so many stories. But I find it encouraging that so many have cured their stones with natural remedies.
It does seem that different remedies seem to work better for different people, maybe since not all stones are made of the same thing. (I wonder if you know what type yours are?) I would encourage you to read the stories (maybe a page a day or so) as you will likely get ideas from others who have been there.

My husband once had pain that appeared to be kidney stones. We followed Rachel Weaver's protocol that she outlines in her book, "Be your Own Doctor." His problem was completely resolved. Here is what she recommends:
Day One:
6 limes in 4 liters (16 cups) of water (we squeezed all of the juice out of the limes and mixed it with water) Drink throughout the day.
Alfalfa tablets - Take 2 alfalfa tablets every two hours while awake.
Day Two and Three:
Drink the same amount of water throughout the day (but not with the limes.) and continue to take 2 alfalfa tablets every two hours while awake. This time add 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and 2 teaspoons of honey to every 2 cups of water.
You have already been doing something similar. You could modify it and see if this works for you.
Alternately, you should be able to find Chanca Piedra in India. I don't know if you have tried this yet. Many have found it to be effective in dissolving the stones. Rachel Weaver says that you take 1 dropper of the tincture in 8 ounces of water every 4 hours.
While trying to resolve your stone issue, whatever method you try, and even when you are better, you should drink plenty of pure water daily. Keep soda and coffee limited. Also, meats and dairy products (things with lots of protein) are harder on the kidneys than fruits and vegetables.
Please keep us posted! I pray you get complete relief soon.
