Also, a black light can show you where fungus is in your home...it glows green. If you are breathing it in, you will keep getting re-infected.

You can also use a cap-full of 1% to 1.5% hydrogen peroxide in exactly the same way as lugols iodine above. Just use a dropper into your nose.
My sons wife had terrible trouble with her sinuses caused by fungal sinusitis -- headaches, pressure and she couldn't breath or sleep properly at night as a consequence. And because lugols iodine can be difficult to get in UK, I advised that she buy a nasal spray called Sinusoothe. This spray rapidly cleared up her nasal problem in only a short while and she was able to sleep properly again with no more headaches or pressure.
Sinusoothe contains all natural ingredients, with strong action against fungus and bacteria. It contains Frankincense, Cinnamon, Ginger, Tea Tree Oil, Cumin, Tumeric Oil etc in a natural isotonic and alkaline solution containing just sodium bicarbonate and sea salt. There are no synthetic drugs in Sinusoothe. Read the research here.
Regarding the all-natural ingredients in Sinusoothe -- you can read about them here.
Sinusoothe is easily obtained off the internet and I think that you might even be able to buy it in local pharmacies or chemists. It's a powerful, all-natural anti-fungal and anti-bacterial product which should help you to get rid of your nasal problems.
