My son is 3 weeks old, breastfed, showing distended, firm belly.
No fever or pain. Slight discomfort. Feeding normal. Bowel movements are regular.

Just sounds like colic. Many babies have colic in the early months. Try turning baby onto his tummy and lightly pat their back. Or rub tummy lightly. Also work to get the burp up after feeding.
