Arm not responding to medication therapy

Hi Team have someone whose left arm is not responding to medication after accident, despite several phisio' what do you recomend? Its now quite awhile and am afraid the worst can happen.

I have read that taking coconut oil repairs the damage of stroke and the side affects, paralysis, brain etc. Maybe worth a try. Hope this helps.!!! :)
