Are These Cold Sores?

I believe I have been exposed to the HSV1 virus from kissing my girlfriend during her healing period.... On the way home I felt a cold coming on. I immediately stopped it using the remedies on earthclinic.com... Every symptom of a cold was cured in about 3 to 4 hours....... But I felt a tingling sensation on the face of my upper lip... So immediately applied ACV to the sights.... there were 2 spots that were a little puffy but nothing major like a huge bump or blister, its not very noticable but when I applied the ACV and let it dry for a few minutes it started to burn/tingle.... a day later, I still see the same little puffy spots.... Tiny bit of peeling but I'm still unsure if this is a cold sore breakout or not.... There was never any soreness, never any scabbing, or leakage.... Any help??

I can tell you that, if it were me, I'd slap some undiluted, pure high-quality Tea Tree essential oil onto it *immediately*, work it in and then put some more on there and let that soak in too, if that stops the tingling/crawling you'll probably be OK. If it cuts the feeling down at all, keep doing it until the feeling doesn't come back, no matter how many times it takes.

That means if I were at work when I read this, I'd be leaving instantly and driving to the store to get it. I'd get the best and strongest Tea Tree Pure Essential Oil I could get. I'd make sure it is not diluted with anything.

Stay well,

Linda
