1) What does this mean in terms of can you have both at same time? Any other things I should know about having both?
2) I´ve looked at pictures but not exactly sure how to tell difference which I have right now for sure. One I read said herpes is white spots, but that wasn´t for me. They are smooth and round and almost flat, inside vagina, not painful urination, this is 2nd outbreak after herpes and wonderin which one it is. Will try ACV and tea tree oil. Rum really helped the first time. (Actually, the herpes were no longer present with the acyclovir, but there was slight vaginitis - perhaps cause I´d shaved - previous to the outbreak. After vaginitis, there was a good bit of white discharge, which the rum on the area took care of it.

Go to the doctor while you still have the lesions, so they will be able to better diagnose.
Now, the problem of having both is that it puts you in a higher risk of getting HIV. Have sex with condoms only. Be safe.
