Apple cider vinegar not working for hypertension

I had to remove my gall bladder due to stone. Later on I developed chest pain. I went for angiogram and found ramus has 40% deposition of plaque. I am on lopiral and amdocal for hypertension and tiginor. After seeing this site, I started taking ACV for a month, but no change. Still I have occasional pain in my left chest. I am also suffering from gas. Please advice me what to do now? Is there any remedies?
