Hi, I started taking Apple Cider Vinegar for other health reason about three weeks ago. Anyway, yesterday I noticed I was having a little brown discharge (and I never spot in between periods, ever) and still am today. I have had this cyst on my ovaries for almost a year now.. Peace & Love to you, my Acupuncturist informed me that fibroids thrive off of dairy products. I'm thinking it is the milk. Maybe you would like to try the apple cider vinegar and unsulphured blackstrap molasses together with beet juice. I experienced something similar to what you did. I was also taking 2-3 tablespoons of ACV and 1 Tbsp of Blk Strap Molasses Unsulphured and one night (1 am) I started getting some cramping and I like a huge mucoid thing came out. It looked like uncooked liver (sorry so graphic). I think it was my uterus shedding or something. It was weird. But I felt better after it came out and no more cramping. Also just to let you know I had a 4cm cyst on my right ovary and I also had an enlarged uterus and fibroids. After about 1 month to a month an a half my cyst was gone, my uterus was within normal range and only had a 1/2 inch fibroid. Just by taking the AVC and BSM. I also changed my diet to an alkaline diet. No diary, no red meat, very minimal sugar.
