I have had success with grapefruit juice. When I feel hungry, half a glass (or so) of grapefruit juice seems to take the edge off hunger pangs. Let us know how you go.Replied by Bibi (Nashville, Tn) on 03/16/2011
Try a gluten free diet. When I ate gluten, my appetite was rampant. When I avoid gluten, it comes back under control.
