Lizzy, alternate some kind of magnet (the side that sticks to metal), a refrigerator door magnet will work but isn't very strong, and a warm wet compress or washcloth with Epsom Salt. If these don't help, try a Cold Pack which can both reduce pain and inflammation.

Lizzy, I am not sure I can be of much help but why not try to rub magnesium oil on it? Please read my other posts on a book I am reading right now, it might help you.....
