Stella,

Aortic aneurisms are usually from problems creating collagen fibers. Nutrients that are required to create collagen fibers include:

Vitamin C - Unless you are suplementing vitamin C you will almost certainly benefit by getting more. Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is required for the cross-linking of collagen fibers, which makes them much stronger. Take at least 500 mg per day. I take up to 6 grams per day (see the Pauling therapy section).

Copper - Not everybody is deficient in copper. Vegetarians may have too much copper. People who eat a lot of chocolate may also be too high in copper. If you are not in these categories, 1 or 2 mg per day of copper might help.

Copper and zinc oppose each other. Zinc is also beneficial in healing tissues. For some people, it is safer to take their copper in combination with zinc. A possible dosage might be 30 mg zing/2 mg copper.

And how is this Apple Cider Vinegar will effect the bone, which I know vinegar will eat up the bones. Are these mixture good for supplement? Hopefully you will reply these questions, thank you much.
